A graduate of Newcastle and Northumbria Universities, Allison is a member of ARC Stockton Writersʼ Arcade. Sheʼs presented work at ARC, Live Theatre and Washington Arts Centre, and in 2012 her short play “Toast” won the Short, Sharp Festival of new playwriting. “Weather to Fly” is based on this piece. Allison is a founder member of Meerkat Theatre Company and is a passionate supporter of new writing and theatre. Sheʼs proud to be an OddManOut associate artist. Website

Since graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music in Drama in 2009, James has worked as a Designer and scenic artist on a variety of projects both in the UK and internationally across Europe and the USA. More recent projects include the South Wales based Sci-Fi film ‘The Machine’, Cardiff’s Sherman Cymru, Bristol Old Vic’s co production of ‘Before it Rains’ and ‘The Guest ‘ with OddManOut. James relishes the opportunity to realise visceral worlds. Website

imon has been a Lighting Designer and Production Manager for many companies including Vivid Theatre Company, Tees Valley Dance, Arden Theatre Company, Company TSU. Simon worked for 6 years at ARC, Stockton Arts Centre where he worked as a Technician and on in-house productions and with associate artists. He has most recently worked as Technical Manager for Eden Arts on outdoor cinema events in the Lake District and as Production Manager on Kate Fox’s new show The Starting Line.

Andy started out in theatre before attending the Met Film School at Ealing Studios. Following work experience with BBC Films and a stint at the National Theatre, he has produced and directed commercials, music videos and short films as a freelancer. Andy likes listening to Himalayan Pop Music, the smell after it rains, and hopes to one day be known as ‘The Poor Man’s Andrey Tarkovsky’. Andy is the director of Night Thief films. Website
